The venue is easily accessible by rail, road and air with rail links to all five of London's airports. Please click here to plan your journey.

To log in to InfoVaya (https://events.infovaya.com/event?id=103), please use the same email address you used to register for the conference. If it is your first time logging in you will need to set a password.

No, it is not possible. All sessions (including workshops) are available on a first come first served basis and so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time for sessions you really want to see.

It will take place on Monday 29th May at 17:30-20:00 in the ICC Capital Hall.

Attendees are able to purchase 1 accompanying person ticket for £30.00 (incl. VAT)  by clicking here. Attendees will receive 2 complimentary drinks vouchers and canapes will be served. Tickets are included with all full conference registrations.

It will take place on Wednesday 31st May, 18:30-23:00 at N9, ExCel.

Yes, the family room can be found by S9. Inside has two changing mats, chairs for breastfeeding, a microwave to heat up baby food and a bottle warmer. It also contains a sink and toilet.

Yes, ExCeL London has a dedicated prayer room. The prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

Complimentary refreshments and lunch will be provided on all conference days. If you have a dietary requirement, please speak to a member of the catering staff who will be able to assist you.
